Kid League Baseball - Weather Policy

At Kid League Baseball, player and spectator safety is our top priority. Our team diligently monitors weather conditions leading up to game time to make informed decisions regarding potential cancellations.

• Decision Timeframe: Weather-related cancellations will be determined no earlier than 5:00 PM and no later than 5:30 PM to ensure we have the most accurate and up-to-date information.
• Parent Notification: Please refrain from contacting Kid League administration or coaches before 5:30 PM regarding weather concerns.
• Communication: If a cancellation is necessary, notifications will be sent promptly via email and the Crossbar Sports Application.
• During Games: If inclement weather arises, our team actively monitors weather radios, radar, and stays in close contact with Wilbarger County Weather Spotters, the Vernon Police, and Fire Department to ensure everyone's safety.

Unless you receive official communication stating otherwise, games will continue as scheduled. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to a safe and fun baseball season!
